1. Who we are

TheAvatarHub ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at theavatarhub.co. By accessing or using the site you ("you", "User") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. The service

TheAvatarHub is a community-ranked directory listing third-party courses, prompt banks, tools, and freebies for building and monetizing AI influencers. We do not produce, sell, or fulfil the listed products. Transactions, refunds, support, and licensing are governed solely by the third-party seller.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Creator submissions

If you submit a listing as a creator, you confirm that you own or are authorised to promote the product, that your description is accurate, and that the product complies with applicable laws. We may remove listings at our discretion.

5. Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Fake, paid, retaliatory, or abusive reviews are not allowed and may be removed. You retain ownership of your reviews but grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them on the site.

6. Affiliate disclosure & creator commission

Outbound links to third-party products may be affiliate-tracked, which means we may earn a commission if you purchase. This never affects ranking — rankings are driven by user reviews and engagement.

Creator commission: By submitting a listing to TheAvatarHub, the creator agrees to pay TheAvatarHub a 30% affiliate commission on every sale generated through outbound clicks originating from the hub (tracked via affiliate link, coupon code, or equivalent attribution method). Commission is calculated on the net sale price (after taxes and processor fees, before refunds) and payable on the creator's standard payout cycle. Creators are responsible for honouring this commission and providing reasonable sales reporting on request. Listings that bypass tracking, strip affiliate parameters, or otherwise evade attribution may be removed.

7. Acceptable use

• No scraping, automated mass requests, or attempts to bypass rate limits.
• No uploading malware, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• No harassment of creators or other users.
• No attempting to circumvent security or privacy controls.

8. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee earnings, results, or the quality of any third-party product listed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence within the EU/UK to the extent required by mandatory consumer-protection rules; otherwise, by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
